Back Alley Productions

Back Alley Productions (formerly “Broadway Productions”) have produced a variety of shows in recent years ranging from large-scale musicals such as “Anything Goes” and “Oklahoma” to variety shows and Shakespeare. They are based in the West Wight and stage productions in a number of local venues, including open-air Shakespeare in the summer.

Curtain Up

Curtain UP produces a both musicals and straight plays. Having recently put on the comedy “Sand Castles” and in previous years have staged musicals such as “My Fair Lady” and “Camelot”. Curtain Up perform at both Freshwater Memorial Hall and Totland Church Hall.

New Strolling Players

New Strolling Players produce a pantomime at Freshwater Memorial Hall every Christmas. Their pantomimes are always well supported both by a large cast and the audiences they attract. Please see our upcoming events page for information about their latest production.

Totland Pantomimes

As the name suggests the group produces pantomimes in Totland, usually performed in the first and second week of December these are also well supported locally and the smaller venue provides an opportunity for more interaction between audience and cast members in true pantomime fashion.
