Last night saw the return of Pawel Jankowski for a classical concert in aid of RNLI Yarmouth and Freshwater Independent Lifeboat. The vast ensemble consisted of the Slipshod male voice choir, the Isle of Wight String Quartet, the Phoenix Jazz Ensemble and Carmen Lasok. We were honoured to be asked to be involved in this outstanding concert for a second year running and are already looking forward to next year!

Many thanks to Kaleidoscope members who have been providing technical support, in the form of lighting and sound, to Curtain Up’s production of ’70 Girls 70’ at Freshwater Memorial Hall. This show provided us with some original technical challenges that had to be overcome in with only minimal rehearsal time. Thank you to everyone who worked on this show and put a lot of time and effort into meeting the demands of this production.
